I go to gym 3x week I focus on arms and core (tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, forearms etc), and after I'm done I do 10-15 min of cardio (3 mph 12 incline) I do legs at home (squats, lunges, etc) since my gym is kind of limited lol but i've been trying to increase my protein intake and i've been spamming eggs yogurt and other foods that are protein rich
